护理干预实施生物反馈训练对前列腺术后膀胱痉挛的作用研究

目的]观察护理干预实施生物反馈训练对经尿道前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的影响。方法]将120例前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术病人随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，对照组采用常规围术期护理，术后应用硬膜外自控镇痛泵，观察组应用生物反馈治疗仪加护理干预措施。比较两组病人术后72h内膀胱痉挛发生情况及程度、术后并发症发生情况、胃肠功能恢复时间、治疗费用。结果]两组病人术后72h内膀胱痉挛发生率及程度比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组病人术后并发症发生率、胃肠功能恢复时间、治疗费用均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]护理干预实施生物反馈训练，可预防或抑制经尿道前列腺电切术病人术后膀胱痉挛的发生，减少术后并发症，利于胃肠功能恢复。

Study on effect of biofeedback training in nursing intervention for bladder spasm after prostatectomy

Objective： To observe the influence of carrying out biofeedback tramxng in nursing intervention on bladder spasm in patients after transurethral resection. Methods：A total of 120 prostatic hyperplasia patients undergoing transurethral resection were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each. The control group cases received conventional perioperative care and postoperative patient - controlled epidural anal- gesia pump, biofeedback therapy instrument of plus nursing interventions was carried out for observation group patients. Bladder spasm was compared between the two groups of patients within 72 h after the occurrence and extent of postoperative complications, gastrointestinal function recovery time and the treatment cost. Results. There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence and severity of bladder spasm between the two groups of patients within 72 h after surgery （P〉0. 05）; the incidence of postoperative complications ,gastrointestinal function recovery time and treatment costs of observation group patients were lower than that of control group patients （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion. Implementation of biofeedback training in nursing intervention can prevent or inhibit the occurrence of postoperative bladder spasms in patients undergoing transurethral resection, reduce postoperative complications and is helpful for the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
