2009～2011年聊城市手足口病发病率与气象因素的关系分析

目的]探讨聊城市手足口病发病率与气象因素的关系,为手足口病预防控制提供科学依据。方法]对聊城市2009～2011年手足口病疫情和气象因素资料进行相关分析。结果]2009～2011年聊城市手足口病月发病率与当月的平均气温、最高气温、最低气温、日照时间呈正相关关系(r=0.51、0.52、0.47、0.50,P<0.01),与气压呈负相关(r=-0.57,P<0.05),与降水量、降水天数、相对湿度、风速的相关无统计学意义(r=0.12、0.20、0.10、-0.07,P>0.05)。结论]聊城市手足口病发病与气温、日照时间和气压有关。

Analysis on Relationship between Climatic Factors and HFMD,Liaocheng City,2009-2011

Objective]To explore and study the relationship between climatic factors and HFMD in Liaocheng city,so as to provide basis for the development of control and prevention on HFMD.Methods]Data on HFMD and climatic factors during 2009-2011 in Liaocheng city were analyzed.Results]The HFMD incidence had positive correlation with average temperature,the highest temperature,the lowest temperature and hours of daylight under r index as 0.51,0.52,0.47 and 0.50,negative correlation with barometric pressure under r index as-0.57,without significant difference with the amount of precipitation,days of precipitation,relative humidity,and wind speed(r=0.12,0.20,0.10,-0.07,P>0.05).Conclusion]HFMD is related to temperature,hours of daylight and barometric pressure.
