强直髋全髋关节置换术50例疗效分析

目的：探讨全髋关节置换术治疗强直髋的临床疗效。方法：自2003年6月-2009年2月，对50例髋关节强直患者66髋进行了全髋置换术，手术前后髋关节功能按Harris标准评定。结果：平均随访4年5个月（1-6年），所有患者髋关节疼痛缓解，关节活动度得到明显改善，Harris评分由术前20．5分（10-32分）提高到术后85．8分（78-96分）。无感染、深静脉栓塞、脂肪栓塞、假体周围骨折、关节脱位等近期并发症及假体松动、骨溶解等远期并发症。结论：全髋髋关节置换术是治疗强直髋的有效方法之一。

Curative Effect of Total Hip Arthroplasty for Fifty Cases with Ankylosed Hips

Objective:To detect the curative effect of total hip arthroplasty(THA) for ankylosed hips.Methods:Fifty cases with ankylosed hips(66 hips) were treated by THA from June 2003 to February 2009,and Harris hip score system were used to assessed the hip function before and after surgery.Results:They were follow-up for 1 to 6 years(4 years and 5 months averagely).The hip pain was reduced and the joint activity was markedly improved in all patients.The Harris hip scores were increased from 20.5 points(10 to 32 points) before operation to 85.8 points(78 to 96 points) after operation.There were neither short-term complications,such as infection,deep venous thrombosis,fat embolism,prosthesis adjacent fracture,and joint dislocation,nor long-term complications,such as prosthesis looseness and osteolysis.Conclusion:Total hip arthroplasty is an effective method for the treatment of ankylosed hips.
