双氢麦角碱对脑卒中恢复期患者的疗效观察

目的：评估双氢麦角碱(商品名：喜德镇)对脑卒中后功能恢复的疗效。方法：采用随机、对照研究。脑卒中后1周患者，随机服用双氢麦角碱3片/d，服用3个月，以神经功能缺损量表(NFDS)和简易智能量表(MMSE)作为疗效评估指标。结果：神经功能缺损量表分两组无显著性差异；简易智能量表分药物组优于对照组。结论：双氢麦角碱可以改善卒中后的认知功能障碍，在一定程度上促进脑卒中患者神经功能恢复。

Effects of dihydroergotoxine mesylate on rehabilitation of stroke patient

Object: To assess the efficacy of dihydroergotoxine mesylate (Hydergine) on stroke rehabilitation. Methods: A clinical trial was carried out with randomized and controlled method. Patients with stroke 1 week after the acute onset were included and randomized treated with dihydroergotoxine mesylate 3 tables daily for 3 months. The efficacy was assessed using neurological functional deficit scores (NFDS) and mini-mental-status examination (MMSE). Results: Compared with controlled patients, dihydroergotoxine mesylate-treated patient's MMSE was more superior, but the difference of NFDS between two groups was not signficant. Conclusion: Dihydroergotoxine mesylate could improve cognition and accelerate the recovery of nervous function in patients after stroke to some degrees.
