幽门螺杆菌感染与胃上皮细胞凋亡及消化性溃疡愈合的关系

目的观察幽门螺杆菌(HelicobacterPylori,HP)阳性的胃溃疡病人在溃疡愈合前后胃上皮细胞凋亡及HP检测的情况。方法采用检测DNA裂解的末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶(TdT)介导的dUTP缺口末端标记法(TdT-mediated-dUTPnickendlabeling,TUNEL)在原位标记凋亡的胃上皮细胞。结果溃疡愈合后胃上皮细胞凋亡指数下降，与愈合前相比两者间有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。溃疡愈合后HP全部阴转，HP的检出密度与胃上皮细胞凋亡指数之间呈正相关性(r=0.80P＜0.05)。结论HP在体内能诱导胃上皮细胞凋亡，导致溃疡的形成。

RELATIONSHIP OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFECTIONAND GASTRIC EPITHELIAL CELL APOPTOSIS AND PEPTIC ULCER HEALING

Objective:To investigate the gastric epithelial cell apoptosis and HP detection in the patient showing the positive Hp with peptic ulcer before and after ulcer healing.Methods:By use of the method of terminal deoxynucleotidy1(TdT) mediated dUTP nick ending labelling (TdT-mediated-dUTP nick ending labelling)which is adopted to detect DNA splitting,we labelled apoptosis gastric epithelial cell.Results:The gastric epithelial cell apoptosis index decrease after the ulcer healing.There is significant difference between before and after the ulcer healing (P<0.05).The HP detection all turned negative after the ulcer healing.There is positive correlation between the density of HP and the gastric epithelial cell apoptosis index(r=0.80,P<0.05).Conclusions:HP can induce gastric epithelial cell apoptosis and result in formation and recurrence of ulcer.
