2型糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄相关危险因素分析

摘    要:目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄相关危险因素 ,用于指导糖尿病肾病及早防治。方法 选择 2型糖尿病病例 14 1例 ,根据 2 4h尿白蛋白排泄率 (UAER)分为三组进行临床分析。结果 ①三组间性别、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1c)差异无显著意义 ;三组间年龄、病程、收缩压、舒张压、胆固醇 (CHO)及甘油三脂 (TG)差异有显著意义。②年龄、病程、收缩压、舒张压、TG及高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)与UAER明显相关。单次空腹血糖及HbA1c测定与UAER无显著相关。结论 年龄、病程、收缩压、舒张压及脂质代谢紊乱 (高TG及低HDL)是糖尿病肾病的重要危险因素。血糖、血脂及血压控制不良会导致糖尿病肾病的进展

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlated risk factors of urinary albumin excretion in type 2 diabetics.Methods 141 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into three groups according to urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) in order to analyse its correlated risk factors.Results (1)Sex,fasting blood glucose and HbA1c were not of significant different among three groups;Age,course of disease,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,cholesterol(CHO) and triglyceride(TG) were significantly different among three groups.(2)UAER was correlated with age,course of disease,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglyceride(TG) and HDL;UAER was not correlated with single-determining fasting blood glucose and HbA1c.Conclusion Age,course of disease,hypertension and dislipidemia(hypertriglycemia and low level of HDL) might be risk factors of diabetic nephropathy.Poor control of blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipid can result in progress of diabetic nephropathy.
