术前访视对甲状腺手术病人焦虑的影响

[目的 ]探讨术前访视对甲状腺手术病人焦虑的影响。 [方法 ]将 10 1例病人随机分为观察组和对照组 ,观察组接受术前访视 ,对照组接受术前常规探视 ,测量两组病人访视前后的血压、心率、焦虑值 ,焦虑值采用状态 -特质焦虑量表进行测量。 [结果 ]观察组于术前访视后焦虑值降低 ,血压及心率波动小 ,与对照组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。[结论 ]术前访视能有效缓解甲状腺手术病人的术前焦虑 ,减少血压、心率的波动 ,使病人以最佳状态接受手术。

Influence of pre-operative visit on anxiety of patients would be undergoing thyroid surgery

Objective: to probe into the influence of pre-operative visit on anxiety of patients would be undergoing thyroid surgery. Method: a total of 101 patients were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients of test group were interviewed before operation, while patients in control group were visited as routinely. Indexes including blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety values of the two group patients were measured and recorded before and after interview. The anxiety values of both group patients were measured via filling out state-trait anxiety inventory before and after interview as well. Result: anxiety values of test group patients were lower and with less fluctuation of either blood pressure or heart rate after pre-operative interview. There was significant statistical difference compared with that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: preoperative interview for patients with thyroid disease could relieve the preoperative anxiety of them. It could also lessen the fluctuation of blood pressure and heart rate of preoperative patients effectively. So it can make them to accept thyroid operation at their best state.
