老年冠心病患者血小板α颗粒膜蛋白-140检测的临床意义

目的 探讨老年冠心病患者血小板α颗粒膜蛋白－140检测的临床意义。方法 采用流式细胞仪（FCM）和单克隆抗体CD62p测定38例稳定性心绞痛（SAP）患者，50例不稳定性心绞痛（UAP）患者和8例急性心肌梗死（AMI)中层得的外周血中血小板α颗粒膜蛋白－140（GMP－140），并随机选择35例体检者作为对照组。结果 老年冠心病患者的GMP－140阳性率与对照组的比较，差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。结论 老年冠心病患者血浆GMP－140含量增高，抗血小板活化在冠心病的治疗中有重要意义。

The significance of clinic test of the plasma alpha- granule membrane protein- 140 in old patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To search the significance of clinic test of the plasma alpha granule membrane protein-140 in old patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods With method of flow cytometer and CD62p(monoclonal antibody),we detected the plasma alpha-granule membrane protein -140 (GMP-140) of the patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP)(n=38),unstable angina pectoris (UAP)(n=50) acute myocardial infarction (AMI)(n=8),and control group from random healthy old people (n=35).Result The positive rate of GMP-140 in old CHD patients is significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0 05).Conclusion The positive rate of GMP-140 in old CHD patients is high and the anti-activated platelet is important for treatment of CHD.
