| 摘 要： | 我院自1991年6月6日起施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术7例,男性1例,女性6例。年龄11～60岁,中位年龄36岁。慢性胆囊炎合并胆囊结石6例,胆囊息肉1例。手术是在持续CO_2人工气腹和录像监视下经腹壁管鞘进行的,文中对手术人员的训练、手术适应症和并发症进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Since June 6th, 1991, seven patients (one man and six women, aged from 11 to 60 with a medium of 36) suffering from chronic cholecystitis with or without cholelithiasis have undergone coelioscopic cholecystectomy. The operation was performed successfully with sustained CO_2 pneumoperitoneum, and vedio monitoring thru four air tight trocar sheaths, The training of the operators, the indications and complications of the coelioscopic cholecystectomy were discussed. |
