早期护理干预在颅脑损伤患者功能康复的应用

目的观察应用早期护理干预在颅脑损伤患者功能康复的影响。方法随机选择颅脑损伤患者110例分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在入院当d即进行早期护理干预,将两组的治疗效果进行比较,结果出院时两组患者功能比较,观察组功能恢复明显优于对照组,Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评定差异有显性(P<0.01)。结论早期护理干预有利于促进重型颅脑损伤患者神经功能康复,降低患者伤残率,改善生活质量。
