特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症X线诊断

目的:探讨特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症在X线诊断的表现、特点和方法。方法:回顾性分析10例经临床确诊为特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症的X线诊断资料。结果:在10例患者中有8例考虑为特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症,1例考虑为肺水肿,1例考虑为粟粒型肺结核。结论:X线诊断特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症的价值是肯定的,虽缺少特异性征象,但与临床紧密结合一般不难作出诊断。

The X-ray Diagnosis of Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis

Objective To inquire into the display, charueteristic value and way of idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis. Methods To look back to analyse the X-ray of 8 patients of whom the clinical diagnoses are all idiopathic, pulmonary hemosiderosis. Results The result is that 8 of the 10 patients are idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis sufferers, 1 pulmonary oedema sufferer and 1 miliary tuberculosis sufferer. Conclusion The value of X-ray diagnosing idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis is for sure. Though X-ray is lack of distinctive signs, it is not hard to have a diagnosis when X-ray is combined closely with physical examination.
