| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨β-榄香烯在乳腺癌临床治疗中的作用。方法:采用手术切取的乳腺癌组织制备原代乳腺癌细胞悬液,MTT法体外药敏实验检测原代乳腺癌细胞对β-榄香烯及数种临床常用化疗药的不同敏感性,并进行比较分析。结果:原代乳腺癌细胞对β-榄香烯的敏感性低于5-FU、ADM及MMC,且有显著性差异(P<0.01);乳腺癌细胞对β-榄香烯具有中度敏感性而与常用化疗药物相近,且无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:β-榄香烯对乳腺癌的临床治疗具有中度敏感性可作为二线药。

| Abstract: | Objec t:To ev aluate the value ofa-elemene as a chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods:To tested the sensitivity of primary breast cancer cells toa-elemene and other no rmal clinical anti-cancer drugs by MTT assay in vitro.Results:The high seneit ivity rate of breast can cer cells toa-elemene was lower than that of5-fluor ouracil(5-FU),adriamycin(ADM)and mitromycin (MMC),and there was statis tically significant difference between them(P<0.01);There are no signif icant difference between the sensitivity of breast cancer cells toa-elemene a nd to other normal clinical anti-cancer drugs.Conclusion:Thea-elemene plays an important role in clinical treatment of breast cancer,Thea-elemene appe ars to be a second-line chemotherapeutic agent for treated breast cancers. |
