| 摘 要： | 目的探讨60岁以上老年住院患者疾病谱的特点,为老年人的医疗保健及疾病防治提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性资料分析方法对某社区卫生服务中心2009—2012年老年住院患者资料进行统计分析。结果各年度疾病谱中,呼吸系统、消化系统和循环系统疾病始终居前3位;分性别疾病谱中,老年男性与女性住院疾病构成比的差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论呼吸系统、消化系统和循环系统疾病是老年人疾病防治工作的重点,同时,防治工作还应根据不同性别老年人疾病谱的各自特点有针对性地开展。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the characteristics of disease spectrum of elderly inpatients, to supply references for medical health care and treatment and disease control for the elderly. METHODS Data of elderly inpatients of a certain community health service center between 2009 and 2012 was reviewed and statistically analyzed. RESULTS The disease spectrum according to system indicated that diseases of respiratory system, digestive system and circular system occupied the first 3 positions. The disease spectrum of different genders indicated that constituent ratios of disease spectrum of elderly male and female inpatients differed significantly（P 0.05）. CONCLUSION Diseases of respiratory system, digestive system and circular system are the focus of the elderly disease prevention and control work, at the same time, the work should be carried out with clear objectives according to disease spectrum characteristics of elderly of different genders. |
