护士职业形象提升策略的深度访谈

目的分析影响护士职业形象的因素,探讨提升护士职业形象的策略,为今后构建良好的护士职业形象提供依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学方法,对12名在读硕士研究生或硕士生导师,同时也是高级护理人员、高校护理教师进行访谈。访谈结束后,对照记录及录音形成文字文件,对所获得资料归纳整理,采用Colaizzi内容分析法分析。结果提升护士职业形象的途径有：有针对性地开设人文、礼仪、人际沟通等课程以提升护士职业形象;培养临床护理专家、专科护士;加强护士自身职业修养;政策及社会舆论导向发挥积极作用。结论护士职业形象的提升是一个长期的过程,需要依托各种力量,护士、学校、医院都应该重视护士职业形象的培养。
