| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察同悦注射液对慢阻肺急性加重期患者血液流变性和甲襞微循环的影响。方法 :对慢阻肺急性加重期 6 0例患者随机分为常规治疗组 (常规组 )和在常规治疗基础上加用同悦注射液治疗组 (同悦组 )各 30例 ,在治疗前后进行血液流变学指标和甲襞微循环检查。结果 :两种治疗后 ,同悦组全血高切粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、血流状态积分四项较常规组改善更明显 ,两组比较P<0 .0 5。且同悦组红细胞压积的改变有了统计学意义 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :同悦注射液能显著改善慢阻肺患者血液流变性和甲襞微循环的异常。

Effects of Tongyue Injection on Hemorhcological Characteristics and Nailfold Microcirculation in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Discase(COPD) |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Tongyue injection on hemorh eological characteristics and nailfold microcirculation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) during acute exacerbation. Method:60 patients with COPD during acute exacerbation were div ided into control group and treatment group,In before and after treatment,above d iterms were checked up. Results:Tongyue injection obviously reduced whole blood viscosi ty,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),the blood flow conditi on were distinctively lower than those control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tongyue injection has obvious effect on improving ab normal hemorrheological and nailfold microcirculation. |
