缺氧诱导因子-1α和Endostatin在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及相关性

摘    要:目的:探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α和Endostatin的表达、两者的内在相关性及其与乳腺癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP方法,检测86例乳腺浸润性导管癌和12例乳腺良性肿瘤组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α和Endostatin的表达。结果:86例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α阳性表达率为52.33%(45/86),Endostatin阳性表达率为46.51%(40/86),两者在乳腺良性肿瘤组织中均不表达(0/12);缺氧诱导因子-1α和Endostatin的表达率显著高于乳腺良性肿瘤组织,缺氧诱导因子-1α和Endostatin表达率与乳腺浸润性导管癌患者临床分期、病理组织学分级、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、5年生存率密切相关(P<0.01),缺氧诱导因子-1α的表达和Endostatin呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中,肿瘤血管生成通过缺氧诱导因子-1α上调肿瘤的血管生成因子,或血管生成抑制因子Endostatin下调肿瘤的血管生成因子,来实现肿瘤组织的恶性发展或好转。缺氧诱导因子-1α和Endostatin的表达可能成为评价乳腺浸润性导管癌临床分期、病理组织学分级、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、5年生存率等生物学重要指标。

Abstract:Objactive: The research aims to explore the expression of HIF-1αand Endostatin and their inner relativity in invasive duct carcinoma organization of the breast,and the relation with breast cancer biological behavior. Methods: Detecting the expression of HIF-1αand Endostatin in 86 examples invasive duct carcinoma of the breast and 12 examples of breast benign tumor organization by Immunohistochemistry SP.Results: The positive rate of HIF-1αin 86 examples invasive duct carcinoma organization of the breast is 52.33%(45/86)and the rate of Endostatin is 46.51%(40/86),all of which are passive in breast benign tumor organization(0/12);The expressive rate of HIF-1αand Endostatin are markedly higher than the breast benign tumor organization.So,the expressive rate of HIF-1αand Endostatin are closely related with clinical stages,histopathology classification,size of tumor,lymphaticmetastasis,five years of survival rate(P<0.01),and the rate of HIF-1α is negative correlated with Endostatin(P<0.01).Conclusion: In invasive duct carcinoma organization of the breast,the malignant or innocent tumor is determined by whether the tumor vessel up-regulates angiogenesis factor by HIF-1α or angiogenesis factor restrains Endostatin.So,the expression of HIF-1 αand Endostatin can be the important biological guidelines of clinical stages,histopathology classification,size of tumor,lymphaticmetastasis,five years of survival rate,and so on.
