2010～2011年桂林市直属医院消毒效果监测分析

目的了解桂林市直属医院消毒效果,保障医患安全.方法：按照《医院消毒卫生标准》、《消毒技术规范》及《生活饮用水卫生标准》等标准进行消毒效果监测.结果：2010年共监测样品469份,合格441份,合格率94.0％;2011年共监测样品486份,合格451份,合格率92.85％.2个年度相比较,2011年的空气消毒及紫外线灯消毒质量均高于2010年（P＜0.05）,其余各消毒项目比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：桂林市直属医院消毒效果合格率较高,但环境空气、口腔冲洗水及湿化瓶水监测合格率均较低,应采取相应措施以提高消毒效果.

Analysis of the monitoring results for hospital disinfection in Guilin from 2010 to 2011

Objective： To understand the hospital disinfection in Guilin and protect the safety of doc- tors and patients. Methods： To monitor the disinfection effect according to the “Hospital Disinfec- tion Standard”, “Disinfection Technical Regulations” and the hygienic standard for drinking water. Results： 469 samples were monitored in 2010, the qualified samples were 441 with a qualified rate of 94.0% 486 samples were monitored in 2011, the qualified samples were 451 with a qualified rate of 92.85% The monitor results showed that the air disinfection effect and ultraviolet light air dis- infection effect of 2011 were higher than that of 2010 （P〈0.05）. And there were no statistical difference for the rest of the disinfection items （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The qualified rate of hospi- tal disinfection in Guilin is higher, but the environment air, oral rinse water and the water of hu- midifying is poor relatively. Some measure must be taken to improve the effect of disinfection.
