手足口病常见病原体的核酸检测技术研究进展

摘    要:手足口病(HFMD)是由肠道病毒引起的一种临床常见急性传染病,EV71和柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CoxA16)是引起该病的主要病原体,快速准确地检测这两种病原体对于手足口病治疗和控制有着至关重要的作用.笔者综述这两种病原体实验室检测技术的研究进展,主要是分子生物学方法包括RT-PCR、实时荧光定量PCR、内标多重荧光RT-PCR、基因芯片技术、环介导等温扩增、纳米金粒子免疫PCR等.

Abstract:Hand-foot-and-mouth disease is a common clinical acute infectious disease caused by the enterovirus, and enterovirus71 (EV71), coxsackievirusA16 (CoxA16) are known as the major pathogens that causes hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD). Therefore, rapid and accurate diag- nosis of these 2 pathogens is very important for the treament and control of HFMD. This article reviews the current research progress in laboratory detection of these 2 pathogens including molecular biology methods of RT-PCR, real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR, internal standard multiple fluorescence RT-PCR, gene chip technology, ring mediated isothermal amplification, and gold nan- oparticles immune PCR, etc.
