| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、D-二聚体、脂蛋白（a）水平的改变及其临床意义.方法：选择急性脑梗死患者153例作为研究组,同期健康体检者40例作为对照组,采用循环酶法、免疫透射比浊法分别测定：同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、D-二聚体（D-D）、脂蛋白aLp（a）]浓度.结果：急性脑梗死组Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D、Lp（a）测量值均高于对照组并有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：Hcy、hs-CRP、D-D、Lp（a）是急性脑梗死发生的危险因素,联合这4项检测对脑梗死的早期诊断有很大的临床意义.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the changes of Hcy, hs-CRP, D-Di and Lp（a） in the serum of a- cute cerebral infarction and its clinical significance. Methods： The concentrations of serum Hcy, hs-CRP,D-Di and Lp（a） in 153 cases of acute cerebral infarction （experimental group） and 40 healthy people （the normal control group） were detected with enzymatic cycling and immune turbi- dimetric method. Results： The concentrations of serum Hcy, hs-CRP, D-Di and Lp（a） in the pa- tients with acute cerebral infarction were obviously higher than those in the normal control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： High levels of Hcy, Hs-CRP, D-Di and Lp（a） may be the risk factors for the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction, and the combined detections of these four methods have great clinical significance for early diagnosis of cerebral infarction. |
