| Abstract: | The transition of the modern nursing model has posed higher demand to nursing staff. In order to maintain a stable team of nursing professionals and positively intervent the job burnout of nursing professionals, the author reviews the effect of psychological empowerment on the job burn-out of nursing staff. |
