| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术前检查对肝门部胆管癌治疗的临床价值。方法回顾性分析156例肝门部胆管癌术前检查及治疗结果资料。应用χ2检验对资料进行统计学分析。结果(1)本组肝门部胆管癌CA19-9阳性率67.9%。当其大于或等于300U/ml时,行根治性手术机会较低。(2)以B-us CT/CTA MRCP/PTC/ERCP术前联合影像学检查行根治性手术率较高。结论血清CA19-9及影像学联合检查对肝门部胆管癌合理选择治疗方式有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the importance of preoperative examination on hilar cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 156 cases of hilar cholangiocarcinoma were retrospectively and analyzed by x^2 test. Results The positive rate of CA19 - 9 was 67.9%. Radical operation was impossible when CA19 - 9 was above 300 U/ml. The rate of radical operation was higher in the manifold imaging group. Conclusion CA19 - 9 and combined manifold photography are useful to determine the treatments for hilar cholangiocarcinoma. |
