| 摘 要： | INTRODUCTION The advantages of internal fixation of intertrochanter fracture of femur of the aged has been achieved common knowledge by domestic and abroad scholars.But because of many complications,diminution of viscera function,high risk of operation,especially occurrence of complications before and after operation,the result often is severe.
