CT导向下经皮穿刺活检及介入治疗的临床应用

目的:探讨CT导向下经皮穿刺活检及介入治疗术的临床应用价值。方法:在CT导向下行诊断目的56例,治疗目的32例,诊断及治疗双目的21例。穿刺部位:头、颈部7例,胸部48例,腹部47例,躯干及四肢7例,共109例112个病灶。结果:112个病灶穿刺114针次,穿刺一次成功率100%,确诊96.1%,治疗有效率86.8%,并发症10.1%。结论:CT导向下经皮穿刺活检及介入治疗术属微创伤性技术,具有安全、可靠、有效、成功率高、并发症少、操作简便快捷等特点,是诊断、鉴别诊断、提高诊治成功率的重要手段。

The clinical application of percutaneous biopsy and interventional therapy under CT guidance

Objective: To explore the clinical application of percutaneous biopsy and interventional therapy under CT guidance. Methods: In 56 cases CT were performed for diagnostic purpose, 32 cases for interventional therapeutic purpose, and in 21 cases for both diagnosis and therapeutic purposes. The site of aspiration were: head and neck 7 cases, chest 48 cases, abdomen 47 cases, trunk and extremities 7 cases, altogether 109 cases, 112 foci. Result: In the 112 foci there were altogether 114 aspiration times. The successful rate was 100%, accurate diagnostic rate was 96.1%. Therapeutic curative rate was 86.8% with 10.1% of complication. Conclusion: Percutaneous biopsy and interventional therapy under CT guidance are minimal traumatic technique. It is safe, reliable, effective with high successful rate and low complication rate, moreover it is easy to manipulate. It plays an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis, as well as promoting therapeutic effect.
