| 摘 要： | 2003年5月～2008年5月，我科对40例股骨近端骨折患者选用动力髁螺钉（DCS）内固定治疗，取得良好效果。
1材料与方法
1．1病例资料本组40例，男25例，女15例，年龄40～76岁。骨折类型：逆行股骨转子间骨折13例，转子下骨折21例，转子间骨折6例，其中合并小转子骨折10例，有3例粉碎严重、骨折块分离。左侧22例，右侧18例，均为闭合性骨折。合并有糖尿病12例，高血压9例，脑血管病史3例，慢性气管炎5例。
