阿扎司琼在妇科腹腔镜手术中预防恶心呕吐的疗效观察

目的评价阿扎司琼预防妇科腹腔镜手术恶心呕吐的效果。方法对40例妇科腹腔镜手术患者在手术结束前静注阿扎司琼，观察术后的恶心呕吐（Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting，PONV）的次数及程度，并与40例静注昂丹司琼及40例静注昂丹司琼复合地客米松进行统计学比较。结果阿扎司琼组PONA5例，占12，5％；昂丹司琼复合地塞米松组PONA5例，占12．5％；与昂丹司琼组PONA13例，占32．5％相比．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿扎司琼组比昂丹司琼有更好的预防和治疗妇科腹腔镜的PONV。地塞米松可增强治疗PONV的效果。

Effect of azasetron in preventing patients from nausea and vomit caused by gynecological laparoscopic operation

Objective To evaluate the effect of Azasetron in preventing patients from nausea and vomit which were caused by performing the operation of gynecological laparoscopy. Methods Nausea and vomiting times of 40 Azasetron injecting patients, 40 Ondansetron and 40 Ondansetron plus Dexamethasone injecting patients with surgery of gynecological laparoscopy were compared respectively. Results Postoperative nausea and vomiting was happened in 5 cases in the group of Azasetron, 5 cases in the group of Ondansetron plus Dexamethasone, and 13 cases in the group of Ondansetron. The difference had statistically significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Azasetron has the better effect to prevent patients from nausea and vomiting in the surgery of gynecological laparoscopy than Ondansetron. Dexamethasone could strengthen effect in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting.
