某教学医院细菌耐药性监测

目的对我院2004年上半年临床标本中分离菌进行耐药性监测,为临床合理使用抗生素提供科学依据.方法药敏试验用K-B纸片法,根据2003年美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)标准判断结果,应用WHO-NET-5软件对临床分离细菌的药敏结果进行数据统计分析.结果对所监测的抗生素均有不同程度的耐药.结论细菌的耐药性越来越强,应重视医院感染、规范的细菌耐药性监测工作对医院感染菌的治疗非常重要,应合理使用抗生素.

Resistance of Bacteria in a Certain Hospital: A Supervision Analysis

OBJECTIVE To examine the resistance of the infective bacteria in hospital from Jan to Jun, 2004 and to offer a basis for the treatment of bacterial infection. METHODS We used Kirby-Bauer (K-B) test for antibiotics susceptivity test. The results were evaluated based on National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards in 2003. The data were analyzed by using WHONET-5 software. RESULTS All detected antibiotics had resistance in various degree. CONCLUSIONS We should pay more attention to hospital infection and use antibiotics properly with the development of the resistance of bacteria.
