脊柱嗜酸性肉芽肿的诊断及治疗

目的探讨脊柱嗜酸性肉芽肿的诊断及治疗方法的选择。方法回顾性分析1998-2003年12例经病理证实的脊柱嗜酸性肉芽肿的诊断及治疗效果，12例全部行手术治疗。结果12例患者中有3例初诊为脊柱结核。随访5个月～4．8年，全部获得痊愈。无复发及并发症。结论根据其临床特点、影像学检查及病理检查可以确定诊断，根据病变的部位选择合适的治疗方法可以获得良好的治疗效果。

Diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic granuloma of spine

[Objective] Discuss the diagnosis and choice of surgical therapy of vertebral oosinophilic granuloma. [Methods] 12 cases with vertebral eosinophilic granuloma from 1997 to 2001 were admitted, their diagnoses and therapeutic effects were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were confirmed by pathology. [Results] At the followed-up of 5 months to 4.8 years, all the patients were fully recovered. [Conclusion] Diagnosis can be confirmed by clinical character, image and pathology. Choosing appropriate treatments based on the position of focuses can attain good therapeutic effect.
