多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术在先天性输尿管梗阻性疾病诊断中的应用价值

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术在先天性输尿管梗阻性疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术诊断19例先天性输尿管梗阻性疾病患者资料,与手术结果对照。结果:19例CT诊断先天性输尿管梗阻性疾病中重复肾输尿管伴远端梗阻7例,肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻6例,输尿管异位开口并梗阻3例,巨输尿管1例,输尿管囊肿2例,所有病例均经手术证实。结论:多层螺旋CT扫描及图像后处理技术能精确显示先天性输尿管梗阻性病变的部位、性质和程度,具有很高的临床应用价值。

Predictive value of Multislice spiral CT scanning and image handling techology in congential disease of ureter obstruction

Objective： To probe into the predictive value of Multislice spiral computed tomography（MSCT） scanning and image handling technology in the diagnosis of congenital urethra obstruction.Methods： Data of 19 cases that were diagnosed as congenital ureteral obstruction by MSCT scanning and image handling technology were retrospectly analyzed and the diagnostic results were compared with operative diagnosis.Results： Seven of the 19 cases were diagnosed as duplex kidney and distal obstruction of ureter,6 as ureteropelvic junction obstruction,3 as ectopic ureterostoma,1 as megaureter,and 2 as ureterocyst.All the diagnosis of MSCT scanning and image handling technology were consistent with the operative ones.Conclusions： MSCT scanning and image handling technology can show the location,character and severity of congenital ureteral obstruction with significant value in clinic application.
