血尿酸水平与主动脉夹层的相关性研究

目的探讨血尿酸水平与主动脉夹层的关系。方法病例组为2009—2012年间124例确诊为主动脉夹层患者，对照组为在性别、年龄、高血压史及体重指数等与病例组相匹配的、同期于我院体检者73例。收集患者的相关临床资料及血尿酸指标，进行相关的统计分析。结果主动脉夹层组血尿酸水平较对照组显著增高，分别为（345．8±119．4）mmol／L和（311．1±66．0）mmol／L（P=-0．006）。主动脉夹层组尿酸水平在性别、年龄以及病变的急慢性之间均无显著差异，但吸烟、合并高血压者的尿酸水平显著高于非吸烟、无高血压患者；非马凡综合征诱发的主动脉夹层组患者的血尿酸水平明显高于马凡综合征合并主动脉夹层组患者，分别为（348．0±120．5）mmol／L和（280．1±56．6）mmol／L（P〈0．05）。结论血高尿酸水平与主动脉夹层的发生存在明显的相关性，且是主动脉夹层发生、发展的可能机制之一。

Relation research between serum uric acid level and aortic dissection

Objective To examined the association between increasing serum uric acid levels and aortic dissection. Methods A case-control study was used. There were 124 cases of aortic dissection and 73 cases without clinical history of cardiovascular disease in the same period as the control group. The clinical data of these patients were collected and serum uric acid was measured, then their relevance was analyzed. Results Serum uric acid was higher in aortic dissection than control cases [（345.8±119.4）mmol/L vs （311.1±66.0）mmol/L, P= 0.006 ]. The level of serum uric acid showed no statistical difference in different sex, age, acute or chronic aortic dissection. But higher serum uric acid levels were positively associated with hypertention, current smoking and non-Marfan syndrome in aortic dissection patients. Conclusion Higher serum uric acid levels are associated with aortic dissection that may be the mechanisms of the development and progression of aortic dissection.
