| 摘 要： | 目的 总结肥厚型梗阻性心肌病（HOCM）室间隔支的影像学特征并探讨其分型与心肌化学消融的相关性.方法 对200名冠脉造影正常者和76例HOCM患者室间隔支的数量、粗细、分布等进行分类、比较.结果 HOCM室间隔支造影显示形态与正常冠状动脉无显著差别.室间隔支形态决定心肌化学消融方法的选择,即Ⅰ型心肌化学消融用PTSMA法,Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型用PTSTMA法.结论 冠状动脉室间隔支不同的分型决定肥厚型梗阻性心肌病心肌化学消融时的术式选择.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the features and clinical significance of angiography about interven- tricular septal branches of coronary artery in patients with HOCM. Methods We classified and compared the im-age features of interventricular septal branches from 200 normal persons and 76 cases HOCM, including amount, dimensions and distribution. Results There were no significant differences in the image features of interventricular septal branches between normal persons and HOCM. Conclusion The operation mode choices of percutaneous transluminal septal myocardial ablation（PTSMA） should rely on the different image features of interventricular sep-tal branches. |
