牛磺酸联合地尔硫卓对大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用

目的观察牛磺酸（Tau）及其与地尔硫卓（DTZ）合用对大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法大鼠尾静脉注射垂体后叶素（Pit）建立急性心肌缺血模型。采用DSI心电遥控装置记录清醒无拘束大鼠心电图T波及心率变化，运用肌酸激酶（CK）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）及丙二醛（MDA）试剂盒测定血清中CK、AST、LDH、SOD及MDA含量。结果Tau与DTZ联合应用可显著改善注射Pit后的T波升高，减慢心率（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；可以降低血清中CK、LDH及AST含量（P〈0．01或P〈0．05），升高SOD和降低MDA活力（P〈0．01或P〈0．05），其作用优于Tau及DTZ单用药组。结论Tau与DTZ对注射Pit引起的大鼠心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用，二者合用具有协同性。

Protective effects of combined with taurine and diltiazem on myocardial ischemia in rats

Objective To observe the cardioprotective effect of combined with taurine （Tau） and dihi- azem （DTZ） in the rat model of myocardial ischemia. Methods Acute myocardial ischemia models were induced by pituitrin （Pit）. Electrocardiogram T wave and heart rate change detected by 1T unite. The level of CK, AST, LDH, SOD and MDA in serum were detected. Results The combined with Tau and DTZ significantly alleviated T wave, slowed heart rate, elevated SOD, decreased MDA activities and CK, AST, LDH in serum. The cardiopro- tective effect of the combined group was superior to that of using Tau and DTZ alone. Conclusion The results in- dicate that combination of Tau and DTZ has a coordinate cardioprotective effect on myocardial ischemia in rats.
