| 摘 要： | 目的探讨幽门螺旋杆菌感染与慢性胃炎、胃溃疡病的关系。方法胶体金检测幽门螺旋杆菌尿素酶抗体。结果健康查体者幽门螺旋杆菌检测感染阳性率40％；慢性胃炎患者幽门螺旋杆菌感染阳性率72％；胃溃疡患者幽门螺旋杆菌感染阳性率80％；十二指肠溃疡患者幽门螺旋杆菌感染阳性率92％。结论幽门螺旋杆菌感染与慢性胃病存在相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship betereen the infection of helicobacter pylori between chronic gastritis and gas- triculcer. Methods To detect the antibody against Helicobacter pylori UreB by cationic colloidal gold（CCG） technique.Results The positive rate of the antibody against Helicobacter pylori UreB in healthy examinees, chronic gastritis patients,gastric ulcer patients and duodenal ulcer patients were 40%,72%,80% and 92% .Conclusions There is a correlation between helicobacter pylori and chronic gastritis. |
