宫腔镜行幼女阴道检查及治疗43例分析

目的评价宫腔镜在诊治幼女阴道疾病中的使用价值。方法自1992年以来因反复阴道分泌物异常增多患儿35例、阴道出血惠儿4例、阴道异物置入史患儿4例，在氯胺酮分离麻醉下行宫腔镜检查。结果43例患儿中发现阴道异物11例，均顺利取出；幼女阴道炎27例，子取分泌物培养，并行阴道冲洗上药；5例无异常发现。结论应用宫腔镜诊断治疗幼女阴道疾病，操作简便，安全有效，值得推广。

Analysis of vaginal examination in 43 female children by hysteroscopy

[Objective ] To evaluate the value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of vaginal diseases in female children. [Methods] From 1992, 43 female children received hysteroscopy under ketamine dissociate anesthesia, including 35 cases of persistent leucorrhea, 4 vaginal bleeding, 4 suspected vaginal foreign matter. [Resuits] 11 of the 43 cases were diagnosed vaginal foreign body which were taken out successfully; 27 cases of infantile vaginitis were taken secretion samples for culture and received vaginal wash and topical drug application; no abnormality were found in the other 5 cases. [Conclusion] Diagnosis and treatment of infantile vaginal diseases by hysteroscopy are simple, safe, effective and applicable.
