| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症（下称甲亢）患者尿常规检查各项指标的变化及临床意义。方法测定68例甲亢患者（甲亢组）尿常规，并与同期入院的305例甲状腺功能正常的患者（对照组）进行比较。结果甲亢组尿常规检查中尿pH、尿密度、尿糖、尿酮体、尿胆红素、尿蛋白与对照组有明显差异。结论尿常规检查在甲亢患者病情估计、观察有无合并症及指导治疗中具有一定意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the changes of routine urien-check and their clinical analysis in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods The urine urianlysis of 68 cases of hyperthyroidism （hyperthyroidism group） and 305 cases of hospitalized patients with normal thyroid function （control group） were detected and compared with at the same time. Results There were significant differences in urinary pH, urine specific gravity, urine glucose, urine ke- tone,urine bilirubin, urine protein between the hyperthyroidism group and control group. Conclusion The routine urianlysis is of great significance in the evaluation about the pathogenetic condition, the complications and the treatment of the patients with hyperthyroidism. |
