原发性高血压患者健康教育效果的研究

目的　调查分析原发性高血压患者的心理状态与疾病的关系 ,从而为该病的健康教育提供科学的依据。方法　以 160例门诊原发性高血压患者为研究对象 ,随机分为实验组和对照组 ,运用焦虑自评量表 (Self RatingAnxietyScale ,SAS)以及自制调查表在健康教育前后对两组患者的焦虑情绪和焦虑症状进行评定。结果　健康教育前两组患者SAS评分均值相比差异无统计学意义 ;健康教育后两组患者SAS评分均值比较 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论　①原发性高血压病不是单纯的器质性疾病 ,它与心理状态互为因果。②结合个体差异进行相应的健康教育干预效果显著。③健康教育对原发性高血压患者的心理干预是一项切实有效的措施

Study on the Effect of Health Education as A Psychological Intervention on the Patients with Primary Hypertension

Objective To provide scientific evidences of health education on patients with primary hypertension by analyzing the relationship between psychological status and primary hypertension. Method 160 out-ward patients with primary hypertension were randomly classifid into an experiment group and a control group. A Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was on both groups to evaluate the symptons of anxiety. Results There was no significant difference of SAS between two groups before health education. However, after health education, the difference of SAS between two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Besides functionally factors, psychological status is also involved in primary hepertension. The psychological intervention by health education is significantly effective.
