| 摘 要： | 他汀类药物显著降低血清胆固醇浓度，预防心血管病的发生和死亡，是心血管病最有效的治疗药物之一。在应用他汀类药物治疗心血管疾病的临床试验中发现，他汀类药物尚有其他的非降脂作用，这种非降脂作用称为他汀类药物的多效性。他汀类药物的多效性是近年心血管领域争论和探索的热点。尽可能地从最新的临床证据中审视他汀类药物的多效性。

| Abstract: | Statins lowers the serum cholesterol level, prevents occurrence and death of cardiovascular diseases. Statins is one of the most effective medicines in treating cardiovascular disease. It has been discovered in clinical trial that statins cures cardiovascular disease, and still has the other function of not lipid-lowering therapy.
