硒缺乏和运动对大鼠心肌线粒体心磷脂含量和细胞色素C氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:本研究的目的是通过建立硒缺乏动物模型,观察硒缺乏和运动的联合作用对心肌线粒体心磷脂含量和细胞色素C氧化酶活性的影响。结果显示:安静状态下硒缺乏大鼠的心肌线粒体心磷脂含量和细胞色素C氧化酶活性与硒充足大鼠没有显著性差别。急性运动后,①硒缺乏大鼠的心磷脂含量呈降低趋势,并显著低于同组补硒大鼠,②补硒大鼠的细胞色素C氧化酶活性增加,并显著高于安静补硒大鼠,但硒缺乏大鼠没有呈现这种变化,并低于补硒大鼠。长期训练的硒缺乏大鼠的心磷脂含量显著低于补硒训练大鼠。这些结果提示,具有良好硒营养状态的机体在运动应激中提高能量代谢酶的活性以适应机体的需要,而硒缺乏的机体对运动应激不能作出适应性改变。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study the combined effects of Se-D and exercise on the CL content and cytochrome C oxidase activity of mitochondria in rats'heart through establishing Se-D rat models.The results showed that CL content and cytochrome C oxidase activity of Se-D rats were not significantly different from that of Se supplemented(Se-S)rats in the sedentary group.After acute exercise,①the CL content of Se-D rats appeared decreased tendency and were lower than that of Se-S rats;②the cytochrome C oxidase activity of Se-S rats significantly increased and were higher than that of Se-S sedentary rats,but Se-D rats did not show such changes and were lower than that of Se-S rats.The CL content of Se-D rats were significantly lower than that of Se-S rats after a long period of training.These results suggested that the body in good Se status could raise the enzyme activity of energy metabolism in exercise to meet the body's need,while the body in poor Se condition could not.
