| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨四脑室区肿瘤的MR表现及MR对四脑室肿瘤的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的28例四脑室区肿瘤的临床及MRI表现。结果:28例,男18例,女10例,中位年龄30岁。其中髓母细胞瘤10例,室管膜瘤6例,脉络膜乳头状瘤4例,星形细胞瘤和转移瘤各3例,皮样囊肿和脑膜瘤各1例。四脑室肿瘤具有相对特异性的MRI表现,依据肿瘤的起源,形态及信号特点,结合病人年龄,大多数四脑室肿瘤可以做出准确诊断。结论:四脑室区肿瘤以髓母细胞瘤、管膜瘤、脉络膜乳头状瘤和星形细胞瘤多见,MR对于第四脑室肿瘤的诊断和鉴别有重要价值。
