| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院小型压力蒸汽灭菌器使用现状。方法采用资料调查和现场检测的方法,对北京市18所医院使用中的小型压力蒸汽灭菌器进行监测。结果共调查64台小型压力蒸汽灭菌器,其中脉动真空式灭菌器31台,占48.44%,卡式灭菌器15台,占23.43%,下排气式灭菌器16台,占25.00%,电加热手提式灭菌器2台,占3.13%;进口灭菌器50台,占78.13%,国产灭菌器14台,占21.87%;温度检测合格率为67.19%;生物指示剂监测合格率为96.88%;生物PCD监测合格率为35.93%;化学PCD监测合格率为28.13%。结论各医院小型压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌过程合格,但在灭菌设备的管理、操作人员的知识水平等方面仍存在问题。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To know the present situation of small steam sterilizers using in the hospital.METHODS Data investigation and on-the-spot examination methods were used to carry out the investigation on small steam sterilizers used by 18 hospitals in Beijing.RESULTS A total of 64 sterilizers were surveyed.Of them,31 sets were pulse vacuum autoclaves,accounting for 48.44%,23.43%(15 sets) were cassette sterilizers,25.00%(16 sets) were downward-displacement autoclaves and 3.13%(2 sets) were fuel-heating autoclaves.Th... |
