| 摘 要： | 目的探讨泌尿外科手术患者抗菌药物的使用及其合理性。方法对529例患者围手术期抗菌药物应用进行回顾性分析。结果泌尿外科围手术期患者的抗菌药物总使用率为100.00%,平均用药疗程为11.67 d,主要抗菌药物种类有氨基糖苷类、头孢菌素类、硝咪唑类,使用频次最高的抗菌药物前5位分别是硫酸依替米星氯化钠注射液275例占26.37%,注射用头孢孟多酯钠188例占18.02%,注射用头孢甲肟143例占13.71%,注射用硫酸依替米星143例占13.71%,注射用头孢美唑钠81例占7.77%。结论加强抗菌药物的使用管理,规范围手术期抗菌药物的使用原则,进一步提高合理用药水平。
