江门市2003—2007年乳腺癌发病状况分析

目的分析广东省江门市2003—2007年乳腺癌的发病：死亡及危险因素，探索其流行规律。方法对乳腺癌的发病率、发病年龄及疗效等指标进行回顾性分析。结果乳腺癌发病居五年女性恶性肿瘤第一位，且有逐渐上升趋势，40--岁，50--岁两个年龄组为乳腺癌发病高峰年龄段。职业为工人的乳腺癌发病率为64．95％。近五年乳腺癌治愈和好转率达到94.8％。结论加强江门市乳腺癌防治工作。

Prevalence Situation of Breast Cancer in Jiangmen City From 2003～2007

Objective To analyze the prevalence situation, mortality Guangdong Province from 2003 to 2007. and to explore its epidemic pattern and risk factors of breast cancer in Jiangmen, Methods The indexes about breast cancer incidence, patient＇ s age distribution and therapeutic efficacy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among malignant tu- mor, prevalence rate of breast cancer ranked the first place in the recent 5 years, and showed an increasing trend. Age groups of 40--49 years and 50~ 59 years accounted for the majority of diagnosed cases, and workers occupied 64.95 % of the patients. The curative rate and the improvement rate achieved 94.8% after therapy in recent 5 years. Conclusion Strengthening prevention of breast cancer in Jiangmen is important.
