泮托拉唑联合云南白药治疗应激性溃疡出血的临床观察

目的：观察泮托拉唑联合云南白药治疗应激性溃疡出血的临床疗效。方法：选择2005年1月～2009年12月应激性溃疡出血的危重患者94例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组47例静脉滴注泮托拉唑40mg,每日2次,口服云南白药0.25g,每日4次。对照组47例静脉滴注奥美拉唑40mg,每日2次。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.5%,对照组为78.7%,组间有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应少,组间无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：泮托拉唑联合云南白药治疗应激性溃疡出血的疗效显著,不良反应少,安全可靠。

Clinical observation of Pantoprazole and Yunnan White in the treatment of stress ulcer bleeding

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Pantoprazole and Yunnan White in the treatment of stress ulcer bleeding.Methods：94 patients who got stress ulcer bleeding critically from January 2005 to December 2009 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.47 cases of treatment group were treated with Pantoprazole 40 mg intravenous infusion,2 times a day and took Yunnan White 0.25 g orally,4 times a day.47 cases of control group were treated with Omeprazole 40 mg drip intravenously,2 times a day.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.5%,and the control group was 78.7%.Two groups had less adverse reaction,there was no significant difference.Conclusion：The curative effect of Pantoprazole and Yunnan White in the treatment of stress ulcer bleeding is significantly,less adverse reaction,safe and reliable.
