| 摘 要： | 目的观察生长激素激发试验不良反应及实施护理措施后的效果。方法选择2008年4月-2010年2月进行生长激素激发试验的矮小儿童52例,将其随机分成对照组26例和护理试验组26例,比较两组患儿出现不良反应的情况。结果护理实验组与对照组比较,两组之间不良反应存在显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论平卧位、安静休息、听音乐分散注意力、积极鼓励、安慰等心理护理、保暖、控制精氨酸药物输注速度、按摩及热敷腹部等护理措施可减轻生长激素激发试验中的不良反应,减轻患儿痛苦,保证试验的顺利完成。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the adverse effect of growth hormone provocation test and the effect of nursing intervention in this test.Methods 52 unselected patients were recruited from our hospital during the period from April 2008 to February 2010,and were randomly divided into control group with 26 children and nursing group with 26 children.The adverse effect of growth hormone provocation test was compared.Results Significant difference were found between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention,including prostration,peaceful and resting,dispersing attention with music,energetic encouraging and comfort,keeping body warm,slowing down infusion of arginine,massaging,and hot fomentation of abdominal,can decreased the adverse effect of growth hormone provocation test and diminished painful,insurance the test completion successfully. |
