| 摘 要： | 目的 建立怡力康片剂的质量控制方法.方法 采用薄层色谱法对处方中黄芪和淫羊藿药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对淫羊藿苷进行含量测定.结果 淫羊藿苷在0.288～2.016μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.83%,RSD为1.82(n=5).结论 本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于怡力康片剂的质量控制. |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality control standard for Yi-Li-Kang tablets. Methods Astragalus membranaceus and Herba Epimedh were identified by TLC. The content of Icariin was determined by HPLC. Results The linear range of Icariin was 0.288～2.016 μg. The average recovery was 100.83%, and RSD was 1.82 (n=5). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used to control the quality of Yi-Li-Kang tablets. |
