阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压患者血清中内皮素和一氧化氮含量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压(EH)患者血清内皮素(田)和一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响.方法80例EH患者随机分为常规治疗组(常规降压治疗,40例)及阿托伐他汀组(常规降压药物+阿托伐他汀治疗3个月,40例),另选取30例年龄与性别相匹配的健康者体检者为正常对照组。检测各组治疗前后血清ET和NO水平。结果脚患者治疗前ET水平明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.01),N0明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.01);治疗后EH患者ET水平明显低于治疗前(P〈0.05),NO明显高于治疗前(P〈0.05);阿托伐他汀组与常规治疗组比较ET降低和N0升高更为明显(P〈0.05)。结论髓患者应用阿托伐他汀治疗可进一步改善EH患者的血管内皮功能。

Abstract:A/M To investigate the effects of atorvastatin (AS) on serum endothelin (ET) and serum nitric oxide (NO) levels in patients with essential hypertension (EH). METHODS Eighty patients with EH were divided randomly into 2 groups: (1) conventional therapeutic group (conventional treatment of blood pressure control,40 patients) ;(2) atorvastatin therapeutic group (treatment with additional AS for 3 months, 40 patients). The serum levels of ET and NO were measured before and after treatment. In addition, 30 healthy volunteers joined the study as the control. The serum levels of ET and NO were determined before treatment and after treatment. RESULTS The serum ET levels in EH were significantly higher than those of control ( P 〈 0.01) and NO levels were significantly lower than those of control ( P 〈 0.01). The serum levels in conventional therapeutic group and atorvastatin therapeutic group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P 〈 0.05), whereas serum NO levels were higher than those before treatment (P 〈 0.05). Compared with conventional therapeutic group , there were significant descent of ET and ascent of NO after treatment in atorvastatin therapeutic group ( P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Treatment with atrovastatin can produce a protective effect on the function of vascular endothelium in EH patients.
