医院管理人员对临床药学工作和临床药师认知情况的调查

目的了解医院管理人员对临床药学工作和临床药师的认知情况，为进一步开展临床药学工作提供参考。方法设计调查问卷，采用分类随机抽样法对上海市30所二、三级医院的管理人员进行实地问卷调查，并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果医院管理人员对临床药学工作和临床药师有一定认知，但其认知还停留在表层，不够深入。结论医院管理人员对临床药学工作和临床药师认知和重视程度仍需加强，应采取一些积极措施，如对医院管理人员加强临床药学宣传等，以推动临床药学工作深入开展。

Investigation on cognition of clinical pharmacy performance and clinical pharmacists of hospital administrators

AIM To investigate hospital administrator＇s cognition to clinical pharmacy performance and clinical pharmacists, and provide some useful information for developing clinical pharmacy performance. METHODS A questionnaire was designed and a random sample of 30 hospital administrators from Shanghai were formed. These investigation data were analysed statistically. RESULTS There was a common cognition of clinical pharmacy performance and clinical pharmacists among these administrators, but their cognition was still superficial and should be penetrated deeply. CONCLUSION Some positive measure should be taken in order that hospital administrators pay more importance to clinical pharmacy performance and clinical pharmacists. For instance, the propaganda of clinical pharmacy performance and clinical pharmacists for administrators should be strengthened.
