莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效观察

目的观察莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法选择我科收治的下呼吸道感染患者120例,随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组各60例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗;治疗组给予莫西沙星治疗。观察两组临床综合疗效、细菌性疗效及不良反应情况。结果两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组细菌清除率及药物敏感率方面显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应轻微,均能耐受,不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道感染效果肯定,可有效缓解症状,抗菌作用强,安全有效。

Clinical Efficacy Research of Moxifloxacin in Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Bacterial Infection

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin in treatment of lower respiratory tract bacterial infection. Methods 120 patients with lower respiratory tract bacterial infection in our departmentin, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 60 eases in each group, the control group was given levofloxacin, the treatment group was given moxifloxacin, observed two groups of clinical efficacy, bacterial efficacy and adverse reaction. Results The total clinical effective, there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; The bacterial clearance rate and drug sensitivity rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05） ; the mild adverse reactions of two groups were tolerable, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion There can be effective with moxifloxacin in treatment of lower respiratory tract bacterial infection, can effectively relieve symptoms, there is strong antibacterial actlvity, safe and effective.
