胚胎发育不良性神经上皮肿瘤的MRI表现

目的：探讨胚胎发育不良性神经上皮肿瘤（DNT）的临床及MRI表现并和病理对照，提高对胚胎发育不良性神经上皮肿瘤的认识。方法：搜集经手术病理证实的胚胎发育不良性神经上皮肿瘤患者16例，并回顾性分析其临床特点及其MRI表现。结果：16例患者均以癫痫为首发症状，平均病程10年。影像学上，病变主要累及幕上大脑半球脑灰质区，位于额叶5例，颞叶8例，顶叶3例；病变信号与脑灰质相比，T1WI10例为低信号，6例为等信号，T2WI及FLAIR16例病变均为高信号；8例病变边界较清楚，灶周无明显水肿，8例病变边界欠清，灶周水肿较明显，病灶内见多发囊变区，增强扫描10例病变强化不明显，3例病变内部见结节样强化，3例病变轻度不均匀强化。结论：DNT在MRI具有一定特征，但确诊仍有赖于病理检查。

MRI findings of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor

Objective：To investigate the Mill findings of dysembryoplasfieneuroepithelial tumor（DNT） so as to improve the understanding of DNT. Methods：The MRI features and clinic findings of 16 patients with DNT proved by surgery were collected, analyzed retrospectively, and compared with pathological results. Results： All the lesions of DNT were located in the supertenofial gray matter. 5 eases of them located in the frontal lobe, 8 cases located in the temporal lobes, and 3 ease lecated in the oeeiptal lobe. Compared with the signal intensity of the gray matter, 10 eases were presented as hypointensity and 6 eases were presented as isointensity on T1WI. All of the 16 eases were presented as hypefintensity on T2WI and FLAIR, 8 eases were detected without peripberal edema with well-demarcated border and 8 eases were detected with peripheral edema with indistinct demarcated border. There were multiple cysts inside all the 16 eases. After Gd-DTPA injection, 10 eases were detected without enhancement, 3 eases were detected with tuberculous enhancement and 3 eases was slighdy enhanced. Conclusion： MRI has superiority in the diagnosis of DNT, but, the definite diagnosis depends on pathological biopsy.
