肺隔离症15例诊治体会

目的探讨肺隔离症的分类、诊断、临床特点和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2013年5月收治15例肺膈离症患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果全部肺隔离症患者中，11例术前确诊，术前误诊支气管扩张2例，肺囊肿肺脓肿各1例。均手术治疗，恢复顺利，无手术死亡，随访13例，均未生活良好，未见复发。结论肺隔离症是一种少见的肺部先天性畸形，临床表现无特异性，螺旋增强CT和CTA等非侵袭性血管成像技术已成为临床上重要检查手段，手术是治疗最佳方法，胸腔镜手术有广泛应用前景。

the Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment of 15 Cases of Bronchopulmonary Sequestration

Objective To explore the classiifcation of pulmonary sequestration, clinical characteristics and treatment. Method A retrospective analysis from January 2000 to May 2013 treated 15 cases clinical data of patient with pulmonary sequestration and related literatures were reviewed. Result All pulmonary sequestration patients, 11 cases of preoperative diagnosis, preoperative misdiagnosis of 2 cases of bronchiectasis, pulmonary cyst lung abscess in 1 case respectively. All surgical treatment, recover smoothly, no operative deaths, 13 cases of follow-up, have not good life, no recurrence. Conclusion Pulmonary sequestration is a rare congenital malformation lung, lack of characteristic clinical manifestations, spiral CT and CTA and noninvasive vascular imaging technology has become an important clinical examination means, surgery is the best way of thoracoscope surgery have used before.
