奈达铂、卡铂联合氟尿嘧啶同期放化疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的不良反应对比

目的比较分析奈达铂或卡铂联合氟尿嘧啶同期放化疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的不良反应。方法收集中晚期鼻咽癌患者56例,随机分为A组和B组各28例,A组予以奈达铂联合氟尿嘧啶化疗,B组予以卡铂联合氟尿嘧啶化疗。结果 A组的治疗总有效率为92.9%,显著高于B组的82.1%(P<0.05);A组的重度不良反应率显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论奈达铂联合氟尿嘧啶进行同期放化疗用于治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的疗效以及不良反应率方面均显著优于卡铂。

Adverse Reactions Compared of Nida and Carboplatin combined with Fluorouracil Concurrent Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Nasopharyngeal

Objective Comparative analysis of nida cisplatin or carboplatin combined with fluorouracil chemoradiation therapy over the same period the adverse reactions of nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods Collect middle-late 56 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into group A and group B （n = 28, nida, group A with platinum chemotherapy, fluorouracil carboplatin combined fluorouracil-based chemotherapy group B. Results The treatment group A total effective rate was 92.9%, significantly higher than 82.1% of the group B （P〈 0.05）; Group A severe adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nida＇s platinum fluorouracil for the same radiation and chemotherapy for the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma of curative effect and adverse reaction rate were significantly better than that of carboplatin.
